Layout - three levels: 

ENTRANCE: Enter into kitchen via front entrance (or garage). There is a formal entrance for entertaining into the main living room around the back of the house.  2 Living rooms with brick fireplaces, washer & dryer, and bathroom 4 all on the main level.   

UPSTAIRS: Master Bedroom Suite (w/ private deck, fireplace and master bath), Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4, and Bathrooms 2 & 3 are all upstairs.

DOWNSTAIRS: large TV Room with surround sound, a bunk room, bathroom 5, and another game room with ping pong and a pool table.

View from the house. Long valley views over a fresh pond towards the into the south. The house is situated high up and one is able to look at mountain ski trails (top parts of National & Liftline).

Full Kitchen - Granite counter tops and cherry throughout

Dining table - a large wood banquet table with seating for 10 over beautiful Cypress floors with easy viewing to the valleys below. 

      Sitting room - Large comfortable area with fireplace and easy access to kitchen.

Lower TV &  Games room - two large spacious areas with large screen TV, DVD, satellite, CD, etc + surround sound. Pool table, ping pong and darts. Also a bunk room with two bunk beds and bathroom 5.

Master Bedroom Suite - (King, upstairs: a large cozy area with brick fireplace, a crib / cot area, a large, walk-in closet,  and a bathroom with a big, Jacuzzi tub (separate).  Bedroom opens to a private deck with long views towards valleys in the south (Satellite TV & DVD viewable from bed).
