First (main) floor - enter into the main living areas of the house; kitchen, dining area and living room (w/ wood-burning stove). Three bedrooms (K,K, & Q) are all on this floor.

Second floor - contains the two remaining bedroom areas and the 3rd full bathroom.

Downstairs - laundry and ping pong in an unfinished basement.

Setting - Nestled within evergreen trees.

Kitchen - A small but fully functional kitchen. Appliances include Frigidaire Gallery fridge & freezer, 4-burner gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. DeLonghi toaster oven, KitchenAid blender and a breakfast bar for three.

Dining area - formal seating for 8, high ceilings and wood-burning fireplace.

Living area - high ceilings , comfy seating for 6, wood-burning stove. Large TV DirecTV, surround sound, DVD and CD.
