Main Level - front entrance via the large covered porch. To the left is a comfortable dining room and then full kitchen. To the right is the living room with large brick gas fireplace and side sitting area. And between the kitchen and sitting area is a bathroom (3) with washer & dryer.

Ground - easily accessed from the drive. To the left is a bedroom (4). Directly ahead as you walk in is a large pool table, and to the right is the solarium with full-sized hot tub an another bathroom (4).

   Breakfast bar - Breakfast bar seating for 3.  

Dining area - Two tables with seating for 8. Hardwood floors and quick access to front porch.
