Downstairs / basement - Downstairs is a walkout basement to a hot tub and outdoor shower. Also downstairs are the second Sitting/TV area and the laundry room. 

View from House - distant mountains (Worcester range) are viewable over the tree tops.

Kitchen - A beautiful kitchen with high ceilings, Mexican tiles, lots of light and updated appliances. GE dishwasher, Frigidaire gas cooker & oven, and useful crock pot. Breakfast bar seating for 2+.

Dining area - fine hardwood floors and seating for six+. Close reach to kitchen.

   Study / Office - small private area ideal for catching up on work away from the office.

   Living room - dominated by a beautiful, plastered, round fireplace (wood-burning). Plenty of comfortable seating. 

Downstairs TV area - spacious and removed form the main living areas on the main floor. Features a long sleeping couch, a wide-screen TV with surround sound and DVD. Also access to the back lower deck with outdoors hot tub and shower. Plus a nine-pair boot warmer!
