Layout of the Resort Home - Overlook is laid out on two floors:

First (main) floor - enter onto the main floor into big mud room. To the right (view side) are the kitchen, dining & living areas with large view deck. To the left of entrance is the en suite bedroom 3 with full bath.

Second floor - features the master suite (view side) and bedroom 1, also en suite with private full bath. Convenient laundry on this upper floor.

Entrance & Mud room - Main entrance via French glass doors into a large , tiled Mud room (Bedroom 3 also has a private entrance.)

Kitchen - Tile & granite with stainless appliances including; Kenmore Elite fridge / freezer, GE Profile 4-burner gas cooker & oven, Maytag dishwasher, Osterizer, toaster and coffee maker. Granite breakfast bar with seating for 3.

Dining area - pleasant. view side, corner room area with seating for 6 - extendable to 10 (additional breakfast bar seating for 2). Walk out to viewside deck.

Living area - comfortable seating for 4+ on Ottoman and plush couch. Stone fireplace (gas) with large screen tv (satellite access, DVD & VHS).

 Bedroom 1 (En suite King, upstairs) - large room with great views towards Mt. Mansfield and the setting sun. Gas fireplace, and TV with satellite, DVD & VHS.

Bathroom1 (full, upstairs) - spacious master bath with jet tub, separate shower and stall area and granite & tile throughout.

Bedroom2 en suite - (2 singles + 1 trundle bed, upstairs) Corner room with separate closets, and TV with satellite, DVD & VHS.

Bathroom2 (full, upstairs) - a good bathroom with stone tile floors and granite counter.
