Main Level : Enter past an Eastern-influenced cascading water pool into the entrance hall. Mexican tile floors and high ceilings throughout. To the left is the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Also the laundry room and a powder room. Also on the main floor are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Upper level: upstairs are the two main master suites, each with private bath and spacious balcony for beautiful sunrise & sunset moments.

Entrance: a short walk from the car past stone & tile floors and Eastern influenced water fountains.

Kitchen : commanding kitchen with deep blue tile and modern, stainless appliances including; ceiling fan, GE fridge & freezer (w/ ice maker), GE Profile 5-burner gas cooker & oven, toaster oven, coffee machine, Osterizer blender and GE Profile dishwasher. (Breakfast bar for two)

Dining room: large, wide wooden dining table with formal seating for six to Pacific Ocean views. Also tile floors, high ceilings with ceiling fan & A/C.

Living room : A/C, ceiling fans and Pacific Ocean views. Comfortable seating for seven in front of a large TV with satellite access (Dish Network). Large sliding glass doors to covered, view side, front porch.

Bathroom 1 (powder, 3/4 with shower, main floor) - nice, convenient bathroom with tile throughout.

Main view side deck / porch: comfortable, covered view side porch with two loungers, breakfast table and sunset cocktail area. Easy access from Dining / Living area.

Bedroom 1 (King, upstairs): en suite with private, full bath. Spacious bedroom with a sliding bank of windows to the Pacific Ocean and a spacious, covered view side porch. Ceiling fan and A/C. TV with satellite access (Dish Network) and quiet, inside sitting area.

        View side deck/porch - comfortable seating for five.

        Bathroom 2 - en suite, full: large private bathroom with separate stall and shower areas and tile throughout. Steam shower and large soaking bathtub.

Bedroom 2 (King, upstairs): high ceilings and large floor tiles, en suite with private, full bath. Ceiling fan, A/C, and TV with satellite TV (Dish Network), a sliding bank of windows to the Pacific Ocean and a spacious, covered view side porch.

        View side deck/porch - comfortable seating for four.

        Bathroom 3 - en suite, full: large, en suite private bathroom with separate tiled shower w/ bench and stall areas. Lots of natural light and closet space.

Bedroom 3 (King, main floor): en suite with private, full bath. Quiet, comfortable bedroom with ceiling fan & A/C, plenty of closet space (built-in) and windows on two sides.

        Bathroom 4 - en suite, full: a beautiful bathroom with authentic tiled, deep bathtub.

Bedroom 4 (2 singles, main floor): a good sized bedroom with ceiling fan, A/C and good closet space.

  Bathroom 5 - main floor, full: a large bathroom with separate shower stall, bathtub and tile throughout.

Bedroom 5 (2 bunks-kids, main floor) : pool-side with two separate kids' bunks, a ceiling fan, A/C and sliding glass doors to backyard pool (and hillside views). Also features a large TV with DVD, VHS and satellite access (Dish Network).

Private pool with raised hot tub (non-chlorine) - a great private pool area with lots of room for sunbathing, 6 sun loungers, 3 large umbrellas, partially covered lunch table with seating for 6 with BBQ and outdoor shower.

Laundry Room (main floor) - full size Whirlpool washer & dryer.
