Layout of the house
- Sterling Stone is laid out on
three levels. All three levels face towards the view. There
are numerous exits to the outdoors from both lower and main
levels. The main formal entrance enters into the level. The
five-car garage area enters into a large mudroom split between
the lower and main floors.
Lower
level can be separate from the rest of the house;
Bedroom1 (Q) and Becroom2 (Q) share Bathroom1 (full). There is
also a comfortable lounge with wood-burning fireplace1, big
screen TV and a full kitchen1, plus washer/dryer1.
Main
Level: is dominated by a huge stone fireplace2 and
large leather couches. A full kitchen, breakfast area and
dining area make up the main living spaces. Bedroom3 (Q) and
Bathroom2, library and laundry room (w/ washer/dryer2) are on
the other side of the house.
Upper
Level: Bedroom4 (Q) and Bedroom5 (2 S's) share
Bathroom3 (full) and on the other side of the landing is the
master suite with fireplace3 and bathroom4 (full)

Mudroom - the 5-car garage enters
into a large, high-ceiling, tiled mudroom with plenty of room for boots and
coats. From the mudroom, 7 steps down take you to the lower level, 8 steps up
take you to the main level.

Kitchen - Sterling Stone
has two full kitchens. The main kitchen is on the main floor and has windows on
three sides. The other kitchen is downstairs on the lower level.
