Layout of the house
- Setting: Flicker's Perch
is three levels of luxurious accommodations facing out to
incredible views. The house is perched up high above the long,
winding driveway. A beautiful pond anchors the property. (There is also an
apartment above the garage, known as "Flickers'
Nest") Main
Level: Enter from the driveway into the main level.
Straight ahead is the living room, to the right is the
kitchen, dining room, bar and sun room - all with big views.
To the left from entry is the master suite with fireplace.
Upstairs:
Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, all
with long views to the valley below.
Lower
level: The lower level takes you to a large sauna, the
sixth bedroom, a bathroom, the laundry room and the spacious
lounge/TV area.
Apartment:
There is also an apartment above the garage with a small
kitchen, aka: "Flickers'
Nest".

the main level. Bedroom2 is downstairs; and
bedrooms 3,4,5, & 6 are upstairs.
