Layout
of the house - Tauboggan
is laid out on two floors. Downstairs are
three bedrooms, two bathrooms, entrances
from the garages and winter entrance and a
TV room.
Upstairs
- is a large open area with a double sided
fireplace. The open area includes the
living, dining and kitchen areas. There is
also a view-side deck, a powder room and the
master suite. Split between the two levels is the formal entrance and powder room.

Entrance -
main entrance is from the front driveway. There are also
entrances through the garage and a summer entrance into the
main living area upstairs.
Summer
entrance
Mudroom - good size mudroom with slate tile floors, and doors from winter entrance and garage. Summer (formal entrance) enters on a split levelbetween two floors.

TV/ Sitting room - main floor, a comfortable den-like room with comfortable seating for 6+, a pull-out couch, glass sliding door to back garden, large screen TV with satellite (DirecTV), DVD, VHS and Nintendo64.

Living Room - upstairs, past formal (summer entrance and powder room. The living room is a large room with high ceilings & ceiling fan, windows on three sides, beautiful wood floors, slate, wood-burning fireplace, TV with satellite and a stereo with speaker system, glass door to back, view-side deck (BBQ). Also has a separate sitting area and game table.
