reached from a long private driveway and the house is oriented
towards the setting sun (Mt. Mansfield).

Layout
of the house - Reflections
comprises of three levels of living. Main
Level - includes the general gathering
areas; kitchen, living room and dining area.
These areas are found in a large open area
with cathedral ceilings overlooking a
magnificent view through large windows. The
main level features three viewing decks to
make the most of the outside. Also on the
main level is the master bedroom suite and a
powder room. Ground
Level - features three bedroom and two
full bathrooms. There is also a spacious TV
watching area with wood burning fireplace. Upstairs
- is a game room with private access to the
2-car garage.

|

Entrance -
large formal entrance into the main part of the house. Also
enter from the 2-car garage into a separate mudroom area. Main
floors are all heated from underneath.

Bathroom1 - powder
room just off the main entrance.

Living Room
- a cavernous living room with stone, glass
and wood. Deep leather couches and a large fireplace make for
a comfortable gathering place. Also features a running water
fountain just left of the fireplace. There is living room
access to a deck facing the sunset.

Dining area - beautiful,
formal seating for 8+, located in between the kitchen and
living room areas.

Kitchen - Nice
big kitchen with two access to large covered view deck with
BBQ and seating. Kitchen features quality appliances including
2 Bosch dishwashers, 4-burner DCS gas cooker & oven, a big
Turbo-air fridge and freezer next to a large pantry area. The
kitchen also includes breakfast bar seating for 2+, dark
granite counter tops, heated floors, and a large butcher block
center island.

Sitting Room / Den - wide open area
downstairs with walkout to view side veranda. Features a large
stone fireplace (wood-burning), TV with DVD, video games and
CD.

- Reflections
has four bedrooms. The master suite is on
the main floor, the other three bedrooms are
downstairs along with two full bathrooms.

Master Suite: Bedroom 1
(King, main floor) - a large corner bedroom
made comfortable with a corner gas fireplace, private,
elevated, covered porch with out door heater and a beautiful 4
poster bed. TV with satellite and DVD.
Master
Bathroom - large master bathroom with two
water closets, large jet bathtub, glass double steam shower,
granite counter tops and a walk-in closet.

a private bedroom suite with private bath. Nice views over pond to distant
mountains.
