Layout of the house
- two levels:
MAIN
FIRST LEVEL - there are three (front door,
through garage & into kitchen) entrances
into the main living space. Front door and
garage enter into an elegantly tiled
mudroom. From the mudroom going left takes
you through the main living room, into the
dining area, past a powder room (with
shower), past kitchen and main eating area
and into the far bedroom suite. Main level
has high vaulted ceilings and beautiful
Red Birch wood floors throughout an open floor plan.
UPSTAIRS
- There are two separate upstairs areas; One
is reached from the mudroom and is a private
and spacious bedroom suite with large
walk-in closet also containing a washer
& dryer. The other upstairs area is
reached by a beautiful, wood staircase and
sits above the kitchen. It is open to the
kitchen and dining areas and off it on
either side are two bedrooms.

elegant, light-filed mudroom with heated tile floors. Garage also enters into this mudroom. There is a separate summer entrance directly into the new kitchen.

can sleep 12 at full occupancy. Formally
there are four bedrooms that comfortably
sleep 10. The main suite is upstairs in a
private, separate area on the east side of
the house. The other bedroom suite is on the
main floor and on the west side of the house. There are two other
bedrooms upstairs reached by a beautiful wooden staircase to a loft area
above the kitchen.

Upstairs Master bedroom - (upstairs,
King) - private suite with large bathroom, wood floors and a walk-in closet with
its own washer/dryer. Also has a private deck with mountain views and a large TV with DVD and satellite access.




Bathroom 2 (Full, upstairs) - large, polished marble master bathroom with
Kohler jet tub and tiled bench shower.
