- Club Mod is laid out on two floors. Hard wood (maple) floors on the main floor.
First
(main) floor - enter from a covered porch into a
mud room and then into the main living areas of the house;
kitchen, dining area and living
room (w/ wood-burning fireplace) with Powder bathroom. There is also a nice back deck to back yard.
Second
floor
- consists of the four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. |
