Sebastian has been based in Stowe since the late 80's. After graduating from University of Vermont (UVM), Sebastian worked in the investment and IT fields in Manhattan. He then moved back to Vermont to work for a small, Vermont-based venture capital / mezzanine finance company. He attended UVM's Master's Program and attained an MBA in 2002. After a short career at accounting firm KPMG, LLP., Sebastian started up Sebali, LLC, d.b.a Beckwith Rentals, Stowe's first vacation rental firm focusing on high quality homes and full service.

Alison Beckwith, owner broker of Beckwith Real Estate, LLC, has been involved in the Stowe Area Real Estate scene for many years. She is a past President of the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors and has been an effective negotiator for many real estate buyers and sellers over the years. Directions to our office:
From Burlington International Airport - BTV (1 hr drive): Follow Airport Drive and turn left onto US-2/Williston Road. Turn Right onto VT-2A/St. George Road and follow for approx. 1 mile. Merge onto I-89 South for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 10 (Stowe/Waterbury) and turn left onto VT-100North. Follow this for 11 miles until you reach the flashing stop light in the center of Stowe Village. Make a left at the stop sign onto route 108N (Mountain Road), and follow this for approximately 1 mile. The Beckwith Real Estate office will be on your left, at the intersection of Birch Hill Road. Please call 802-253-8858 to arrange for private airport transfer services. Taxi services and car rentals are also available at the airport.

From Boston (3 - 5 hrs drive): Take Interstate 93 North to Concord, NH and then follow signs to connect with Interstate 89 North. *[Make sure you don't continue on 93 north.] Follow 89N through NH and into Vermont until you get to exit 10 (Stowe / Waterbury exit). Make a right at the end of the exit ramp; this is route 100N. Follow this for 11 miles until you reach the flashing stop light in the center of Stowe Village.Make a left at the stop sign onto route 108N (Mountain Road), and follow this for approximately 1 mile. The Beckwith Real Estate office will be on your left, at the intersection of Birch Hill Road.
From New York (5 - 7 hrs drive): Follow Interstate 95 North to New Haven CT where you will connect with Interstate 91 North. Follow 91N through Hartford, across Massachusetts, and up to White River Junction, VT. Follow signs to connect with Interstate 89 North and take that to exit 10 (Waterbury / Stowe exit). Make a right at the end of the exit ramp onto route 100N and follow this for 11 miles until you reach the flashing stop light in the center of Stowe Village. Make a left at the stop sign onto route 108N (Mountain Road), and follow this for approximately 1 mile. The Beckwith Real Estate office will be on your left, at the intersection of Birch Hill Road.
From Montreal (2 - 3 hrs drive): Follow highway 10 East to highway 35 South. Take 35 South to Iberville and then pick up route 133 south and follow it to the to the US / Canada border. Next follow Interstate 89 South to exit 10 (Waterbury / Stowe exit). At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Route 100 North. follow this for 11 miles until you reach the flashing stop light in the center of Stowe Village. Make a left at the stop sign onto route 108N (Mountain Road), and follow this for approximately 1 mile. The Beckwith Real Estate office will be on your left, at the intersection of Birch Hill Road.
