The Number One reason to use a rental agent is because a rental agent is in the business to rent vacation homes. If you are looking for a consistent, professionally managed and fully functional home (and overall rental experience) then use a rental agent. Hotel Clean Guarantee We Guarantee that all our properties will be 'hotel clean' upon your arrival. We thoroughly check all properties prior to arrival to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises. If you are not reasonably satisfied on the condition of the rental home upon arrival, we will provide free cleaning services to your specifications that evening or first thing the following day. Additional maidservice is always available for Travel Insurance Please note that our 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable* (unless we can rebook the property).
